Our History: M&S Builders, Inc. was founded in Miami, FL in 1975. From early on, large projects within the Miami International Airport, hospitals, and high end residences were being successfully bid and completed. This good work was continued when Eric Wissmann became the company's president in 1995. In 2004, the Wissmann family relocated to scenic Lovell, ME. M&S Builders of Maine, Inc. was formed soon after. With years of experience at the helm, we can make certain that your project will be completed to your satisfaction.
