Architectural plans are important when building from the ground up, however, we can complete most design sketches in-house suitable for building permits on remodels and additions. These drawings also firmly define the work scope and provide a base for estimating. A structural engineer in the family is also available for a fee. M&S will credit this design fee back to you if you decide to go ahead with M&S for the construction.
